Fundraising event for the Japan Recovery Project (JRP),  a project of the  Public Health Institute (PHI). JRP aims to support mental health services for those affected by the disaster in collaboration with government and non-profit agencies.

Date: Sunday March 11, 20121:00 pm (Doors open at 12:15 pm.)

Join Hands for Japan is a community event in New Zealand to gather 2000+ people to join hands in remembering Japan one year on after the 2011 Tohoku Earthquake and Tsunami .To gather as many people down at the New Plymouth Coastal Walkway in New Zealand to Join Hands for Japan in remembering the disaster one year on. 11.3.12　and to raise funds for Save the Children Japan

ナイキは、昨年３月より「ALL FOR JAPAN」という被災地支援活動を行ってきました。「RUN TOGETHER」はその活動の一環で、ランニング１kmにつき500円、 及び当サイト上でのTwitterのツイート、 Facebookの「いいね！」、mixiの「イイネ！」１回につき１円を米国NPOのArchitecture for Humanityを通して、被災地復興の為に寄付します。

昨年3.11の大震災から1年。
神道、キリスト教、仏教、鎌倉の3つの宗教が合同で追悼供養、復興祈願祭を執り行います。
